All rates include unlimited mileage, vehicle insurance, AA cover and VAT. Daily rate is for 1 to 6 days. Weekly rate is for 7 to 28 days. Please call for any other rate.

Peak Daily rate applies to holidays eg Easter, Bank holidays and some weekends.  Off peak daily rate applies to other non holiday times. Weekend rate applies to 3 day weekend  Friday to Monday or Saturday to Tuesday.

Weeky rates
The weekly rate prices quoted include our 7 days for the price of 5 discount, applicable to all online enquiries.

All hirers and drivers must have a full valid driving licence, free from certain endorsements and have had 12 months driving experience or two years experience if under 25. All hirers and drivers must be over 21 years of age, other restrictions may apply. Mini bus hirers and drivers must be over 30 years of age and be eligible to drive category D1 vehicles.  All our vehicles are covered comprehensively and include passenger liability. Insurance subject to status. The hirer is responsible for the payment of an excess charge covering part of the cost of damage or loss. The estimated total cost of the rental plus any insurance excess charge is payable at the time of taking delivery of the car.

Advance booking deposit
Reservations will be accepted but may require an advance booking deposit. The hirer is required to pay for the fuel used during day-to- day running. Lindsay Ford rental allow their vehicles to be taken out of the country, but only with written consent, there will be an additional surcharge. Full conditions of hire are available on request.


Security Deposit
£250 security deposit will be held for each rental.  this will be refunded when the vehicle is returned with no damage, correct fuel. This may take a few days to process due to bank transfer times.

No Smoking Policy
Please note that Lindsay Ford operate a strict No Smoking Policy in all their rental vehicles.
